On behalf of the owner and the crew of the Pegaso I would like to take this opportunity and
thank you very much for the great services you provided for the Pegaso during our two trips to Indonesia in 2006. I leave Indonesia feeling that it was for all involved a thoroughly successful and enjoyable trip. The owner and crew had the most delightful four months in Indonesia and I feel all of us hope to be able to return again to cruise the archipelago. Both of our epic trips would not have been possible if not for the tireless effort of you and your staff. I want to especially thank Dewi for always putting up with all the demands, some small some big, some almost not manageable and others routine. She always cheerfully answered the phone and never used the dreaded words: it cannot be done. I was impressed how professionally and effectively all of our needs were met and dealt with.

In our industry unfortunately often we reflect on the negative, what was bad and what could
have been done better. But I want to emphasize that I was hugely impressed with the way things went. With all my years of previous experience in Indonesia I am well aware of how difficult things can get at times dealing with officials, clearing goods through customs or finding whatever we needed on the boat. There is no doubt in my mind that without your help none of this would have been possible and the sailing would have not been as smooth as it was.

You asked me to please tell you what you could do to improve your services and the only advice I can give you is to keep up the excellent work; keep your staff as enthusiastic and cheerful, as helpful and friendly as they have been with us on our two cruises. I am certain that this is the secret to your success.
